چکیده
The subject of this article is the analysis process introducing digital educational platforms as a tool to improve efficiency employees. serious pressure external environment creates problems providing qualified personnel, primarily for industrial enterprises, and objectively leads need take urgent measures counteract these problems. authors conducted study that established most vulnerable subsystems personnel management system in context dependence on factors. has negative impact level labor through decrease professional workers problem enterprises with personnel. At same time, it shown there are tendencies compensate areas new opportunities, particular, related technologies. concept platform main implementation corporate training presented, its capabilities field increasing involvement motivation employees continuous growth managerial qualifications shown. results at major metallurgical enterprise our country presented.
